Our Programs

Bilingual Program

Early childhood is the best age to introduce children to new perspectives. One of the reasons is due to the ability to grasp knowledge effectively. Keeping this in mind, Le Petit Kangaroo Childcare Education Centre introduced a Bilingual Program where we teach English and French.

Our bilingual program helps build a strong ability for motor enhancement. As a result, it aids in developing working memory.

Education Program

Our Education program is committed to optimal learning and healthy development of the children placed in our care. For that, we have Registered Early Childhood Educators who have completed their mentorship with the college of ECEs to contribute to the ongoing professional development.

Besides that, we adopt various curriculums to help children foster their love of learning, discoverability, and creativity. These include Maria Montessori, Play-Based Learning, and Reggio Emilia Approach.

Toddler Program

Early childhood is the best age to introduce children to new perspectives. One of the reasons is due to the ability to grasp knowledge effectively. Keeping this in mind, Le Petit Kangaroo Childcare Education Centre introduced a Bilingual Program where we teach English and French.

Furthermore, we provide various materials to children that facilitate their independence in the daily routine. We also encourage social interactions between children while welcoming toddlers regardless of ethnicity..

Junior Preschool

Our Junior Preschool Program seeks to stimulate the child’s curiosity and encourage well-rounded growth for all children based on their individual levels of development. Children get the chance to be involved in a variety of activities that foster their love of learning and discovery.

Some elements of the program are more structured and primarily evolve around the choice of the child, which offers an excellent introduction to self-guided learning. Through group and individual project work, the children will expand their skills in mathematics, science, social skills, music, visual arts, drama and language.

Senior Preschool

Our Senior Preschool Program offers an enriched curriculum that builds upon the Montessori and Reggio philosophies of learning.  Children are exposed to a variety of subjects including: Language Arts, History, Geography, Visual Arts, Music, Mathematics, Science, and Physical Education.
